Thank you for considering Anthriq for your purchases. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which Nexstem India Private Limited (“Anthriq”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes and delivers physical and digital products to customers (“you”, “user”). By placing an order with Anthriq, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Software Delivery:
Software products are preinstalled directly onto your headset and will be unlocked upon receipt of payment. For downloadable material, you can access your download link by visiting your account dashboard and navigating to the Downloads section or accessing it using your headset device upon receiving the headset.
Hardware Shipping and Fulfillment:
Orders will be processed and dispatched only after full payment is received. Partial payments or incomplete information will delay fulfillment.
All hardware products are shipped from our India facility using verified international and domestic shipping partners.
- Processing Time: Up to 15 business days from date of payment confirmation.
- Shipping Notification: A shipment confirmation with tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
Note: Processing and transit times are estimates only. Delays may occur during holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen operational disruptions.
Payment Processing Fee:
Depending on your payment method and issuing bank, international transactions may incur foreign transaction fees. These charges are determined by your bank and are not collected or reimbursed by Anthriq. We recommend checking with your card issuer for more information prior to placing your order.
Shipping Charges:
- All product prices listed on our website are exclusive of shipping fees.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method, and are billed separately from the product cost.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including refused or unclaimed packages.
Duties, Taxes & Customs:
- Import Duties and Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance charges, and local handling fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the item price or Anthriq’s shipping fees and remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Anthriq does not control or reimburse such charges.
- Customs offices in some Countries* require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as Unique Identification Number, RFC, CPF, or Tax ID.
- *Countries that may require an identification number include Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Ecuador, Israel, Peru, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan and Turkey.
- Customs offices in some Countries* require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as Unique Identification Number, RFC, CPF, or Tax ID.
- Taxes: Prices displayed at checkout are exclusive of any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST, unless explicitly stated.
- Anthriq may be required to collect and remit sales tax, VAT, or GST in certain regions once our sales cross the legally mandated threshold for tax registration in that jurisdiction.
- Where applicable, such taxes will be added to your invoice at checkout.
- In all other cases, customers are responsible for self-assessment and payment of applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.
Customs clearance procedures and tax assessments may cause delays beyond Anthriq’s estimated delivery times. Such delays do not qualify for shipping refunds.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring timely receipt.
- Please ensure that all shipping details provided during purchase are accurate and complete, as changes cannot be made once the order is submitted.
- If a package is returned to Anthriq due to reasons not attributable to the shipping carrier—such as incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or non-payment of import duties or taxes—a refund may be issued for the product only, after the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping fees and any return shipping or re-import costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If a shipment is refused or abandoned at customs and not returned to Anthriq (e.g., destroyed or confiscated), no refund will be issued.
- Customers who wish to have their shipment resent after such an event must bear all associated costs, including shipping, handling, and applicable duties. Reshipment requests are subject to Anthriq’s discretion and approval.
Expedited Shipping:
Anthriq offers expedited shipping for select destinations upon request and approval, subject to availability and carrier support.
To request expedited shipping:
- Submit a support ticket with your order number and preferred delivery timeframe (minimum 5 business days).
- If eligible, you will receive a separate invoice for expedited shipping fees.
- Your order will be shipped only after full payment of both product and expedited shipping charges.
Anthriq cannot guarantee expedited shipping timelines in cases of customs delays, service disruptions, or destination-based exceptions.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@anthriq.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been sent for fulfillment. Once an order has been sent for dispatch or prepared for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.
Shipping Restrictions:
Anthriq currently ships to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to fulfill orders to certain regions due to legal, logistical, or regulatory restrictions.
We do not ship to:
- Countries embargoed or sanctioned by the Government of India or international regulatory bodies.
- Regions with unreliable customs clearance or delivery infrastructure, at Anthriq's discretion.
If a shipping address is flagged as ineligible during order review, Anthriq reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
